We use as a notetaker for my prospect conversation. That way I don't have to sit in and manually type notes. can provide me an automated notetaker.
When I finally want to connect the prospect over to the sales team, I don't have to catch them up with manual notes. They can hear the voice of the customer themselves and understand their pain points and can pick up the conversation immediately where they had left off.

  • Surfaces out good intelligence.
  • Gives intelligence on how much each person has spoken.
  • does not always join calls automatically (even though that feature is enabled).
  • sometimes does not "record" even though it has joined the call.
  • Need a better way for to join Zoom calls, rather than as an additional "person" on the meeting.
  • Reduced ramp time for new employees especially in GTM teams.

I have evaluated before signing up with Signed up with and have used it exclusively as I have been more comfortable using has similar functionality or maybe even better sometimes. But really not much of a difference between the two. Both are equally good. Would recommend both. fits well in our tech stack of Salesforce, Zoom, Marketo, GSuite, etc.
We have used to record our important annual kick-off meetings. These meetings were difficult to host since we have an organization that is spread out across the globe and getting in the same time zone can be difficult. So has helped us leverage its functionalities to get everyone on-board.
We have gotten really good support from Their knowledge base is easily searchable and you can find the right answers by simply searching for it. is very well suited in the new age digital world where all the meetings are happening over Zoom or any other video conferencing solution. It is a great way to listen in on the conversation later on and understand the context, even though you couldn't be in that meeting live.
Not suitable for companies that don't care about coaching or learning from previous conversations.
