I use to review my demo calls, make process improvements, and for training and enablement. I am not sure if is used across my company.
  • Like that it shows when you are speaking vs. when the other person is speaking.
  • Like that you can cut certain clicks and share with others.
  • Sometimes I will be on a Zoom but have to be on a phone call for audio and will record the zoom, but not the audio from the phone call.
  • Great for coaching.

Chorus can record zoom calls and Outreach cannot
Is compatible with Outreach and Zoom.
My manager listens to my calls and is able to make comments on the call.
Like that it can record audio calls as well as Zoom calls.

It doesn't record my internal calls and I am guessing that is a setting on my company's end but wish it would also record internal calls.
