My whole org uses it for review and training. It helps to enhance my current skills and be coached for new ones. I am able to view my teams calls to learn from them and I am able to become a better version of myself by listening to my own calls.
  • Love the language it catches and deciders.
  • It's easier to use for simplicity.
  • Able to hear all calls if they are recorded.
  • I think there could be an easier way to search for teammates in other orgs.
  • The score cards could be more detailed.

I like how it has many options for languages and it's able to bring many sales reps peace knowing they can go back to find things they may have missed.
We are able to learn about each other's sales styles.
I have been able to resolve all issues I may have quickly and efficiently.
I like how my manager coaches me on calls. I also have been using it to listen to the top sales reps in my org. I am especially fond of knowing that I can always go back and find out how I can improve on something for my next call.
