I believe the whole company uses, but within my team we use it to listen to calls and do coaching.

I haven't used AI type call recording services.
I don't use it on a daily basis, but it comes in handy when I need it. I haven't ever used a program quite like it. I have used call recording software, but it's generally just an audio file.
It has really helped with follow up calls, as well as tracking coaching and improvements. It is good to look back on my sales process, see where I'm excelling and where there is room for improvement.
I don't have direct access to the team, but the brief meeting we had with our customer support rep was informative and thoughtful.
I personally use for not only team development, but personal development as well. I think that with further use of the program within the company, it will become a daily tool.
