Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
We use Chorus by ZoomInfo for 2 major needs, which is finding contacts within an organization to build business and pipeline and reviewing our business calls. With these two pieces being leveraged within our org we are able to continuously improve and make sure we are finding ways of getting our business moving forward. Being able to review calls and dive into our discovery process or negoations as been critical for improvement among us as sellers and this tool provides that for us.

Scorecards have been inpactful for our business as it has helped us look at ways we can improve not just as a seller but where we could ask better questions to the prospect. Also, making sure we are making proper discovery and asking the right questions. Other key pieces are looking at how long we are talking so we are able to distinguish ranting vs providing value.
It fits well into my tech stack now as everyone in our company is using it. They use it for grabbing recordings, getting feedback, or just learning from other peers who are doing well in their roles. Without this tool we would not be able to fully see where we are all able to improve and get thing rolling in the right direction.
Most ways have been to provide snippets to sellers by someone who is reviewing the calls at the end of the week. It provides us with a view on how others are handling their deals and maybe some lines we can use in our own. Major win for the org as a whole.
I have not had the chance to work with the Chorus by ZoomInfo support system. thankfully, everything has been relatively easy to use, and I have been able to find everything I need. Should it be any close to the way their support in the past has been with finding contact I imagine it to go very well.
It works well with the ability to find contacts as these are typically the ppl i engage and will then have on my own calls. Being able to find new contacts and then see how the interaction is with them has provided me with direction in deals and works well to get things moving and not lost.
