Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Cisco Webez Meetings is a crucial part of our business communication within our organization. All departments are connected thanks to Cisco Webex Meetings, since our company, CIBERC, has presence in 17 of the 23 Countries in the American Continent, from North trough Central America, Caribbean and all the way down to South America, it is extremely useful to have meetings using Webex. Before the Pandemic, we use it mostly to communicate with people in other countries, and travel to meet in person 1 to 3 times a year the least, now, due to the pandemic, we, not only meet via Webex with our coworkers within the same country, but also with customers and we even communicate more often than before, face to face. I would say it definitely brought us more together.
- it is very robust and Stable
- Security is one important strength
- it is easy to use, and even when shared to arrange meetings with customer that are more familiar in using other Meeting Tools, they find it easy to use and better than the tools they have been using.
- It is curious how they like the way they could change the Virtual Background and how better it looks than others
- Allow a waiting Lobby room where you can leave attendants with an 'on Hold' Music, o pre recorded message or Video.
- Allow more Virtual Backgrounds
- Add a sound when someone raises their hand
- Positively it definitely Less traveling expenses per person (it could have been 6k per year per person in Hotel, Airfare, meals)
- We see each other more often than while in the office
- Meetings are arrange more easily, in an ordered manner as well as make everyone be more punctual.
It easier for me to use Cisco Webex Meetings, you might say that I'm just used to it, since is the tool we use in our office, but I have the same feedback from customers.

Automatic Noise Suppression is one of the best features while working from home... it doesn't matter if the babies are crying out loud, someone at the kitchen making noises while cooking or while doing the dishes, the neighbor mowing his lawn
Cisco Room kit, CISCO Teams... all these makes a lot better the collab experience.
Cisco Webex Meetings meet all our company needs, it provides secure connectivity and easy to use environment, not only for all the associates within our company, but also with our customers.

Yes - Pretty good for meetings but for presentations makes it a little bit difficult, but not for the app itself, but for the size of the device used.
