Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I currently use ClickUp as the main project management (PM) tool for my own business. I am a Certified Online Business Manager and have a portfolio of clients that I provide online services for. ClickUp helps me manage the many moving parts of running my own business from everything to client management, marketing, social media management, HR and project management in general.
I also use and recommend ClickUp for my clients who don't already have a PM tool in place. While each client's needs vary depending on their industry / business model, most use cases are basically the same with a HQ and broken down by specific folders.

- Makes it easy to set up a complete business structure.
- Can create dependencies on tasks.
- Automation options.
- More layers needed within folders/lists & tasks.
- Improved 'home' options.
- Bringing on new team members (member vs guest) can be confusing.
- We are just getting started with CU; however, it's clear to see what we've been missing out on. Having all the moving pieces in one manageable location has been the biggest time saver (and saves money too).
- As a team, we've been able to get everything in one tool so we can all see what's going on at any given time, what's due to be done and what the priorities are. This has been invaluable in terms of team productivity.
- The team enjoys having collaborative approach among tasks and projects and being able to share and assign projects/goals has been a huge time saver.
Team members who once thought there was only one way to communicate have quickly adapted to the benefits of having ClickUp workspace as a collaboration tool. We have different clients who all function within ClickUp (our recommended tool) and being able to quickly view and access all the moving pieces has greatly improved collaboration, not only amongst team members, but with our clients as well.
We have recently started to use the links features for our SOPs and this has greatly improved the team's approach to how to get things done.
More functionality, automations, user friendly workspaces and easy to learn.
