We use ClickUp extensively on a daily basis to track and manage all our day to day tasks, plan out client and internal projects, and share progress updates within our team and client contacts. We also use it to document all our business processes, build templates, manage company information and govern approval processes.
Pros
- Flexibility to customise & organise information as you want it.
- Link & context tasks and documents between different lists & folders.
- Integrations with other platforms such as Slack to streamline task management processes.
- Guest users.
Cons
- Goals section could use some love.
- Reporting could be more flexible & user friendly.
- Integration with HubSpot!!!

- Cut onboarding and management time in half.
All my team are based remotely, and ClickUp is the place we collaborate on to get our work done day to day. Even when we come together on a video call…we open a ClickUp space to track our notes, actions & tasks from those meetings.
We’ve centralised notes, actions, projects, work instructions, strategic initiatives, team collaboration and more into ClickUp.
ClickUp is more feature-rich and flexible than these platforms at a similar price point.
