Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I assign projects and tasks to one or more employees, and ClickUp helps us keep direction, graphics, and details in one place instead of chasing emails and text messages. I use it to assign work to multiple clients, and it has made project management way easier.

Making subcategories for work is less intuitive. better ways of continuing projects in stages would be welcome—instead of creating additional nested to-do lists
Entering small tasks or projects right from the main window would be nice

I would say this saves me 3-5 hours per week in chasing emails/texts/chats and having to repeat things
It has made a big difference in our productivity by keeping everything clearly in one place so that you always are confident that you know where everything is and what you should be working on—this is huge for process
A surprise benefit has been my improvement as a manager in organizing projects. I've gotten better at organizing assets and assigning priorities and deadlines while also articulating what I need to be done and how. I needed to do that as my own responsibilities grew and the ease and intuitiveness of this platform have helped me do that. My designers have said it's also made their assignments and priorities clearer, allowing them to focus on the task at hand.
One thing that I feel would be enormously helpful would be providing a feedback/comments mechanism on tasks rather than just a categorization. Being able to say "fix this..." or "looks great" or "needs more work. add this...." would be so super helpful. Maybe even a game changer.

Collaboration

Being more organized means being able to get to work faster and better. It has been an enormous help. When I'm out for several hours at a time, I don't have to say, "did you get my email or text" because it's all "on ClickUp."If you can add more feedback loops, it would be even more amazing. One thing that I feel would be enormously helpful would be providing a feedback/comments mechanism on tasks rather than just a categorization. All-in-One Productivity Platform

I think I've covered this in the other comments. I don't use the slack functionality, but as I've been asked these questions, I look at the platform and realize there are features I'm not taking advantage of. Putting in little tutorials or "bubbles/pop-ups" on useful or new features would be helpful.

Alternatives Considered

Basecamp

This is the only product that I've liked when it comes to productivity and project management. Basecamp looks super dated, but it's effective. The Microsoft products don't feel fully integrated. ClickUp just works and works easily. Sometimes these other products end up adding work to your day; this one doesn't.

Likelihood to Recommend

Managing projects and tasks across multiple people are easy and intuitive in ClickUp. Ranking projects and tasks with status and priority are super helpful. ClickUp makes managing teams and remote workers much easier and is way more intuitive than making complex to-do lists. If you need something where comments/chats are involved, this might not be the solution but honestly, who needs another place to track chats.

Mobile Interface Availability and Impressions

Yes - I've only used it a little bit, so it took a bit of figuring out how to get to the task management area. This should be a one-button click. The UX is gorgeous and easy to read on desktop and mobile, though. Basecamp should take a few hints from ClickUp...
