A robust productive tool that makes your job easier.
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Our company utilizes ClickUp every day for work. It houses all past, ongoing, and upcoming tasks the company needs to function on a daily basis. Areas for our company we use it for include: Order management Customer management Product Development Meeting Agendas Reoccuring Administrative Tasks Tasks specific to each employee's role at the company We switched from a task manager called ToDoist, it was great program but was very limited to just task management. Attaching files to a task, was a problem, assigning multiple people to a task was impossible, and it only allowed 1 way to view tasks. Switching to ClickUp has immensely helped our company's organization, productivity, and cohesiveness. The application is so robust and continues to be updated and made better for the end user.
Pros
- Grouping of tasks/projects all together
- Viewing tasks in multiple ways (charts, filtering, etc)
- Note taking in tasks and file attachment
- Integration of cloud storage programs like Google Drive and Dropbox
- Ability to create tasks easily from any folder or space
Cons
- The speed of the program can lag at times
- Notification settings on Mac OS and iOS could be integrated better
- Collaboration has gone up significantly.
- Project management has been simplified.
- Fewer tasks go undone.
Our collaboration has improved as a whole since switching to ClickUp. Tasks that require multiple people involved are easily tracked and monitored, which means less time spent messaging on Slack or speaking on the phone. Meeting agendas are now available for everyone on the team to add to prior to the meeting and see what other topics are being discussed.
With ClickUp, we now have a much wider scope of project management, which allows much better delegation and monitoring of progress for everyone. Through this, we have increased productivity, all while ensuring steps are clearly outlined in tasks/project due to the robust amount of information you can add.
