Overall Satisfaction with CloseFactor

Sales and Business Development leverage CloseFactor as part of our prospecting and importing of contacts into our CRM. CloseFactor provides an easy way to identify and import multiple contacts at once based on company, role, seniority level, etc... This simplifies and speeds up the old workflow of identifying and importing contacts one by one to allow us to expand our outreach with quality contacts.

CloseFactor builds on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Rather than comb through contacts one by one, CloseFactor identifies all contacts that satisfy certain criteria and allows us to bulk push them into our CRM. There is also a component of validating contact info that is imported with the contact, which LinkedIn lacks entirely.

CloseFactor has been a great way to target contacts by company and be able to filter down by other characteristics, such as seniority, specific role, or other keywords. There is still some manual work to push contacts to a CRM or contact tool (SalesLoft, Outreach) but being able to do this in bulk rather than one by one saves a lot of time when finding quality prospects.
