Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur is used by the entire organization to manage travel and monthly expenses. We can easily and quickly submit monthly expenses for reimbursement without submitting paper receipts.
  • Upload and attach receipts.
  • Easily create reports.
  • Navigation can some times be unintuitive or clunky when configuring expense reports.
  • Time saved creating employee expense reports.
  • Faster employee reimbursement.
We have been able to expand the benefits to include monthly wellness programs and commuter travel.
Concur Travel and Expense is well suited for uploading receipts, creating monthly expense reports and submitting those reports to managers. It reduces the need to complete a paper expense report or something less organized. Concur Travel and Expense is less appropriate for colleagues who do not have monthly expenses to submit for reimbursement.
