Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
Screen sharing to support our customers.
- Allows our customers to quickly allow us to share their screen.
- Being able to set the code to a default instead of typing one in. Our customers expect a certain code after a while so it's easier for them and us.
- Very good for us. While we can't really track it, we know we get sales because we can screen connect.
- When doing tech support it makes us look very good.
- It is so much easier for our customers when we hop on their screen to see what their issue is.
- TeamViewer and Join.me
We had a free remote screen sharing program (can't remember name) but many anti-virus programs did not like it, which of course does not look good on our part. TeamViewer was just out of our price range. Programs like Join.me were hard for our customers to figure out and slow. ConnectWise and TeamViewer are very close in quality.
