Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use Connect daily to troubleshoot issues and problems for end users on a daily basis. We would not get nearly the amount of work done without it. Needed software for our IT and IS groups.
- Easy remote access at any time
- Toolbox that offers more flexibility
- Organized list options
- Better support for multi monitor set ups. It would be nice to choose which monitors I'm working with when there are more than two.
- Ctrl alt dlt shortcut not hidden in a menu
- Speed up support. This has been hugely benefited.
- Remote support being available in general
TeamViewer was too expensive, and LogMeIn didn't allow immediate remote access.
