Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use Connect daily to troubleshoot issues and problems for end users on a daily basis. We would not get nearly the amount of work done without it. Needed software for our IT and IS groups.
  • Easy remote access at any time
  • Toolbox that offers more flexibility
  • Organized list options
  • Better support for multi monitor set ups. It would be nice to choose which monitors I'm working with when there are more than two.
  • Ctrl alt dlt shortcut not hidden in a menu
  • Speed up support. This has been hugely benefited.
  • Remote support being available in general
TeamViewer was too expensive, and LogMeIn didn't allow immediate remote access.
Perfect for remote support in building and out. Makes that support easy. It is less beneficial when it comes to working from a remote machine. Performance doesn't keep up compared to RDP.
