Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ScreenConnect to work without clients who are out of state and we are able to log in with ease at any time to help troubleshoot issues customers are seeing. We have found it more user-friendly and cost-efficient over TeamViewer. Clients are happy with the service we provide thanks to ScreenConnect.

Pros

Cons

  • Adding more users with less cost
  • Adding more technicians for less would be nice bc we are small family-owned company.
It is well suited to help clients when you cannot be on site. Our clients are mainly bars, so we can log in at night and fix the issue so they can continue service with no disruption. We also like since a lot of our customers are closed during normal work hours we can still gain access to their system and maintain the system with required updates.
