Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact

My business uses Constant Contact to send email blasts to our mailing list. These range from monthly newsletter to marketing offers. It is a way for us to remain in, well, constant contact with our clients.
  • Simple emails
  • Build-a-block design
  • Forms
  • Clunky functionality
  • Limited design options
  • High open rate
  • Improved engagement with customer base
  • One means of communication for a variety of communiqués
Marketo is a more complicated but more robust offering. MailChimp is comparable.
Constant Contact is by no means perfect, but it's comparable to other tools on the market. For companies that have a mid-size mailing list, this is a good and manageable way to keep in touch.
