Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Constant Contact for biweekly benefits and wellness communications as well as any other pertinent real-time communication updates on benefits, wellness programs, open enrollment, etc.

ability to create your own templates and move things around
color schemes

Wish I had full ability to choose colors of background and it would be easier to navigate that change
more variety of templates for various types of communications

I like that you can create groups of people to easily send communications to large group. I also like the schedule for later feature, which we use 100% of the time. I also appreciate the ability to copy previous campaigns to make it easier for the templates to match each and every time.
