Pros

  • The LMS is able to serve up a variety of eLearning conent types with very little difficulty (given that the e-training was properly wrapped in a SCORM or ASCII wrapper and loaded correctly).
  • The task scheduling features are robust and work as expected.
  • The compensation module works perfectly in our organization and is pliable. We've had multiple changes within our structure recently and the SaaS has met the challenge.

Cons

  • Consistent improvements to the user interface.
  • Smartphone/ tablet intergrations
  • Better reporting options.
  • Better accessibility of information to our employee population.
  • Better task routing, Manager Self-Service, and Employee Self-Service.
It is one of the best options out there that meets the needs of our organization. The value provided in comparison to the cost makes sense and we have had great success in using this SaaS in the past 3.5 years.
