We're using Crazy Egg to create heat maps across our web domains. It is only being using in our department, across various teams, such as Product, Design, etc.

- Reporting tool allows you to see different metrics
- Offers segmentation of visitors
- Users should be able to create custom segmentation
- Improve the number of visitors to be in the heat map
- Improved user experience on multiple pages through our websites
Crazy Egg is easier to use since you don't have to track individual clicks yourself
