Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We are an events and experiences company. We utilize Cvent Event Management every day for our event registrations. We have hundreds of events each year that require registration and Cvent Event Management is the platform that helps us complete this task. Without Cvent Event Management, our jobs would be much harder. They have been a good partner for us.
  • Easy event registration set-up
  • Tracks sessions well
  • Easy communication with attendees
  • Cvent Event Management has been down quite a bit in the last couple months.
  • The hotel registration feature is clunky. Needs improvement here.
  • Reporting could use some updates.

  • When Cvent Event Management is down, it pushes us back in being able to get everyone registered in a timely manner.

Cvent Event Management works well for most of our events. It does what it needs to do in getting all of our attendees registered and sessions selected. It seems to be pretty user-friendly on the user end. I can't think of any scenarios where it would not be appropriate in our line of business.
