Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Cvent as the registration system for 10-15 in-person events per year ranging from 100 - 2000 attendees. We use Cvent's platform to also track speakers and exhibitors and collect information from them and to link the provided information into the Cvent AttendeeHub software for our event app and OnArrival 360 to manage attendees on-site.

When starting with Cvent we had a lot of redundant procedures in trying to update information across multiple platforms. We used different systems for Registration, Exhibitor Management, Event Apps, onsite services, and Speaker Management. With Cvent, we've been able to drastically cut down on the redundancy since their system features all of these programs allowing us to focus more time and efforts elsewhere.
