Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We use it to keep track of potential & existing customers credit information/history. The alerts are beneficial to be notified when there are any issues.
- Gives an idea of overall credit score
- Alerts to any potential problems so we can adjust credit as required
- Keeps all information in one place so it is easy to access
- Adding/Deleting folders is difficult, screen locks up
- modifying user access is difficult, screen locks up
- Helps us to know when to be more strict with the credit limits we have set
- It has helped to reduce risk with new customer set up when info is needed quickly
Is great to get an overall snapshot of a company & ongoing monitoring with the alerts is very helpful
It has given us the ability to make quick decisions on credit with potential or new customers with shipments that are ready to go.
Implementing the use of it was very easy - it keeps all of the information accessible & anyone in our organization can see current credit info when needed.
