Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

We use DataMotion Secure Email here at work, and we sell and maintain the service for our clients. It helps keep messages encrypted and secure. Our clients like it because DataMotion Secure Email is HIPPA compliant and allows them to reliably send messages between other offices and their customers.

  • Wish the installer for the DataMotion Secure Email button would bundle both the x86 and x64 versions together.
  • Provides our clients with a HIPPA-compliant way to send and receive email messages.
DataMotion Secure Email requires a separate install vs Azure Protection, which just works in the background with the MS365 email account.
It works great, but like any software, it may occasionally have some quirks; however, those are usually very easy to address.
Easy to install.
DataMotion Secure Email installs on the workstations and creates a button in Outlook where you can send a secure email.
DataMotion Secure Email is great for your secure email needs, but if you are already using MS Exchange services, then it may be much simpler to just go with the Azure protect services.
