Overall Satisfaction with Deltek Vision

Deltek Vision is our primary accounting software throughout our whole organization. We normally use it for project billing and time keeping.

Pros

  • Timekeeping.
  • Business development customer database.
  • Interacts well with other software.

Cons

  • Terrible interface.
  • Expensive.
  • The mobile app could use work.
  • We have been using it for decades so our business processes are built around Deltek.
  • It makes our accounting department more efficient by providing the necessary reporting metrics to our PM’s.
  • It is very easy to track invoices through Deltek so that we can easily look up what we paid for previous IT equipment.
Deltek is very good for construction/architecture companies. I wouldn’t recommend it for other organizations because I believe it isn’t as good in other areas.
