I wish the life raft "helpful tips" wouldn't disappear so quickly, they don't stay up long enough to read. Maybe don't have them disappear, but instead, have the option to close the screen once you're done reading?
It would be great if there was a "Frequent Error" help page, I sometimes have a hard time navigating these.

Return on Investment

Saves A LOT time from needing to manually do fuzzy matches.
Removes the need for extra people to be hired simply to clean our data.

Likelihood to Recommend

It does what it needs to do and is pretty straight forward. Great for merging duplicate data, updating fields, and matching data points.
