Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

I use Deputy for rostering and notes. We're a disability support agency.

Some issues: In the news feed it doesn't let you edit anything, and if the rostered on a shift needs to change and they go somewhere else, it won't let me add the new shift because it overlaps the other shift.
  • It's easy to use.
  • It exports easily.
  • Being able to edit the news feed instead of having to re write everything.
  • Being able to add staff anywhere even if it overlaps another shift.
  • Saves time.
  • Easy to use.
Deputy shits all over Workzone. Workzone had no news feeds.

If you guys could let us edit the news feed and be able to override the shifts it would be perfect.
It was the most simple app anyone can use it.
It's a fantastic app - it's the easiest I have ever used. But it's hard for health care with the rostering and when staff are already on a shift and it needs to be extended you can't change it until they finish.
