DocuSign is used for customers and employees to sign legal documents, contracts, and amendments. It is used by all employees. It solves the business problem of wasting paper when signing contracts during the print, sign scan process by offering e-signature solution.

- Would be helpful if reminders to sign were more customizable

Works just as well as AdobeSign, more user-friendly and offers better functionality in terms of signature reminders and signature designation.
