Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We use DocuSign for remote and in-person contract signings. Our sales team can send our agreements to customers even when they're not located in the same area, or they can pull it up on their own device for an in-person signing. It is a consistent, easy way for clients and salespeople alike to complete documentation.
  • Easy to create and send.
  • Easy to sign.
  • Easy to adjust if need be.
  • If the signer types their name incorrectly in the signature field, they cannot go back and change it. You have to void and resend.
  • Have the ability to adjust frequency of receiving reminder notifications.
  • The ability to create recurring custom fields (the way you can drop a name field on separate pages and it fills in automatically on each page once you complete it once. It would be nice to add a customer field for ex "Federal Tax ID" and have it auto populate on each page the field appears).
  • DocuSign has had a positive impact. It takes away the mistakes that can happen from misreading someone's penmanship.
  • Customers like it - it is clean and easy to understand.
  • Sales reps like it - takes away from needing to waste paper and ink.
We haven't used an alternative to DocuSign (other than pen and paper) and DocuSign far outweighs doing things by pen and paper.
DocuSign is easy to use and understand. It's great from the sender and signer standpoint. Easy to use, easy to view, easy to adjust, and easy to sign. It turns contract signing into less of a daunting task.
