Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is a critical tool in the every day workflow of my business. We securely share files with all the employees and that allows us to collaborate in a very efficient manner. We can also share files with customers, or vendors. We really enjoy using features such as file request. This allows us to collect information from third parties in a secure manner and have it delivered straight to our Dropbox.

- Control of shared digital assets with external parties
- Integration with Hello Sign was a bit clunky
- Desktop app has had a few bugs recently
- Backup options when plugging in new devices can be a bit annoying.
- It has cut down on people asking for files
- improved productivity
- protection against things like ransomware attacks
Even though Google Drive is a solid contender specially if you already use Google Apps for Business, Dropbox still performs better with its native app. It syncs quicker and has better features that Google Drive does not currently offer. Something we use quite a bit is the feature to request files from customers securely with a link.
