Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use dropbox to support our remote team by having a cloud based filing system. It allows us to have everything organized and accessible where ever our team members are.

With dropbox, our business has become more organized which is a huge ROI although I cannot give an actual dollar amount

Google Drive

Dropbox is an extremely organized filing system.
We like how people's folders are very private and personal.

Other Software Used

Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, Stampli

Its great for keeping our files very organized.
It feels like a super robust filing system.
However, when it comes to collaborative work (multiple people working on the same document at the same time), dropbox is not ideal. It saves multiple version of the document which adds confustion. Because of this we use googe drive for collaborative work although Google Drive is less organized in my opinion.
