Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

The main use is to gather new account contracts, before using it gathering and organizing the contracts was much harder. but now we submit it and can see all pending agreements. We also gather credit card info through it. we've also used it to gather tax info from employees and for other internal purposes. it's been very easy to use and quick.

  • Duplicate custom fields.
  • Quicker turnaround on contracts.
  • Contract Templates are saved, much quicker to send out an agreement.
  • Gathering employee information securely.
I haven't needed any help or training. It's been a click-and-get-started solution for our team. If anyone were to reach out, I don't think I'd have many questions for them.
We have yet to test the API functions. My documents have gotten completed and that's all we need.
I haven't used any other signing software, only DocuSign as a signer, not as a sender.

I've used HelloSign now DropBox Sign for a year now, and I've had a great experience with getting the documents signed and retrieved. Great price point and easy software. I'd recommend it to any start-up quicker than they'd think. You can't sign up for it fast enough. Helps workflow and onboarding substantially. I waited too long to get it, and it's made my life much easier.
