Overall Satisfaction with Droplr
With Droplr, I can easily share screenshots (with annotations) with clients and colleagues. It's quick and easy since screenshots are automatically uploaded to the cloud with a sharable link. Making quick screencasts is just as easy. Links are always available and are easily reusable with our users when they have related questions.

- Share screencasts with or without audio.
- Full page screenshot functionality only works some of the time.
- Screencast recording/publishing can freeze up some times.
- Support response time could be quicker.

Over the years, I have used many screenshot software. The list includes Skitch, Screencast-O-Matic, and native Apple screenshot functionality. None of these have been as easy to use and as dependable as Droplr. Some of the other services require manual uploading, lack specific functionality, and are much more expensive than Droplr.
