Overall Satisfaction with Dubb - Video Communication Platform
We use it for sales and customer service. On the sales side, we use it to help put a "face with the name" and start building rapport. We also use it to send video samples of our work to clients and communicate more complex thoughts/ideas that sometimes get lost in translation. On the customer service side, we primarily use it to help with troubleshooting a technical problem or communicating a complex thought/idea.
Pros
- It's very easy to quickly create a screen recording of a website, application or anything else you want to quickly share
- Getting analytics on who watched your video and for how long is great
- Having an accessible library of other videos to quickly send to someone is very valuable
Cons
- Sometimes we don't get the viewer analytics or data in
- We've had occasional trouble with longer recordings not recording
- It has helped us differentiate during the sales process
- It has helped us "cut through the noise" during sales
- It's reduced often time-consuming/recurring customer service issues
