Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

Duo Security is being used across the whole organization to support two-factor authentication. It addresses our security problems and makes it easy for developers to access the internal tools and systems that they need to accomplish their jobs well, but without exposing our company to security risks from un-authorized access.

  • Not sure about alarming from unauthorized access when many pushes are sent without verification.

It's very easy for the end-user to use, and almost makes it trivial to establish 2-factor authentication. As an end user, rather than having to figure out where to find my authorization code or having to go through alternative methods that are not as secure e.g. phone calls/texts, I can just receive a push on my phone.
I have not had direct role in preventing data breaches, but Duo [Security] has been a good tool to verify user identity and even for myself to review past accesses under my account name.
I have not interacted directly with support for Duo Security, but I've heard good things from our IT team.
I haven't had one.
Duo [Security] has a cleaner interface for 2-factor authentication and more usage in the industry so far.
Duo [Security] is well suited for providing 2-factor authentication that is far more secure than a phone number or text. It makes it easy to expose internal data/tools without worrying as much about compromise. At the same time, something like Duo [Security] is more user friendly than other alternatives like Google Authenticator because of the push notification features.
