Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield

We use Dynamic Yield primarily for A/B testing and to create personalized content such as recommendations & notifications. Dynamic Yield gives us the opportunity to get to know our customers and their needs better. We can offer the customer a better journey on our site. The innovative spirit of this company is literally jumping on you by using this great tool!
  • Product Recommendations - We can show the customer specific products that are very likely of interest to him and thus improve his experience on our site. The customer reaches his goal faster.
  • A big advantage of Dynamic Yield is the support, if you have questions, they will be answered quickly! You never feel left alone.
  • Dynamic Yield offers a perfect interface between marketers and developers. Through the ingenious interface, Dynamic Yield is easy to use without a technical background, while developers can prepare great applications for the marketers without a big technical explanation.
  • I can't think of anything to improve on Dynamic Yield, I am completely satisfied!
  • Initially we only used the basic functions of Dynamic Yield, a few recommendations, a little A/B testing. But already after these "small" innovations on our website, Dynamic Yield's personalized content already accounted for an average of 10% of our online demand!
Compared to the other competitors, Dynamic Yield stands out for its ease of use! With most other platforms, you are more or less lost without technical skills and the ability to code. In Dynamic Yield, however, even a marketer without programming skills can easily create personalized content and perform A/B testing.
No matter what question you have, it will be answered relatively quickly. Dynamic Yield has a huge amount of clear documentation, as well as a live support chat where you can always reach someone. In addition, a community has formed with which you can always exchange the latest topics and applications of DY in the forum.
