Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield

It's used across the technology and marketing departments. We use it for A/B testing and growth experiments, as well as quick front-end needs—adding a logo or banner. DY helps us get insight into where and how our site can grow, both in improving customer experience and in sales growth.
  • Customer success -- our customer success lead helps us learn the tool and make the most of what's available.
  • Easy to use navigation -- there's a lot available in the program, but it's not too overwhelming to navigate and digest.
  • Detailed reporting -- each test can be analyzed from many different viewpoints. Our rep also helps provide us with additional information and insight on how our campaigns are performing.
  • I do think it's not quite self-serving. It's easy to navigate and manage once you get a hang of it, but it does take, in my experience, a bit of training to get started with the program. The Success reps help with that, which is great.
  • Positive growth in overall sales.
  • Positive shift in how our team approaches site changes and builds.
  • Positive shift in our abilities to test more rapidly.
I have not used other products in the same space as DY.
Our reps, both on the Success and Technical side, have been instrumental in helping us off the ground. They've been dedicated partners in coming up with, building, testing, executing, and measuring different campaigns.
It's a fairly easy program to navigate, but given the depth and scope of capabilities available in the program, it takes a fair bit of time (and handholding—in my experience at least) to fully familiarize and use all that the program offers.
