Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being deployed to applications that are highly critical to our business. Based on the current deployment of Dynatrace, it has been able to help determine the user experience, mapping user journeys, and monitor user behavior. Dynatrace helps us know whether the application is being correctly used by the user or whether incorrect usage is driving negative application feedback.
- Quick deployment and automated configuration
- Lower operational maintenance overhead
- Reporting
- Analytics
- Being able to identify application performance issues were driven by users using unsupported browsers
- Users using the application incorrectly , thus helping drive OCM to improve that
