Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being implemented in our company as a comprehensive system monitoring for both cloud-based and on-prem applications. It is currently planned to be used by IT only. We have many system monitoring tools, however, during a production issue, we had challenges to identify the root causes. We were looking for a system monitoring tool that can provide us the capability of integrated monitoring and give us the ability to deep drive into issues. Dynatrace offered us this capability. We are still new to determine all capabilities Dynatrace offered. So far, we are seeing promising capabilities of Dynatrace to serve our business needs.
