Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

Emplifi was employed to establish a smooth workflow for social media operations all the way from publishing to analytics. I wanted a tool that would have a strong relationship with social media platforms so that we have more capabilities than other tools and Emplifi really works with the best of what's offered with the various APIs. We needed one tool that could be useful for all staff: content creators, ads creators, social media monitoring, analytics, and brand listening.

Emplifi's support services are where the tool really sets apart from others. No other social media marketing tool that I've used in the past has had the high-touch level of care that Emplifi does. Their staff are really there for us, helping us design impactful reports with the best metrics, expanding the tool for wider staff use, troubleshooting technical issues, and listening to developer feedback. They genuinely care about their customers and work hard to provide update and changes to the software that will expand your capabilities. In just one short year of using Emplifi, I've seen so many ideas and feedback that we (and other customers) had actually come to life as new or improved features.
I evaluated 10 different tools, Emplifi was one of them. What really set Emplifi apart was the user experience, quick turnaround for new features, and robust support. Emplifi allowed us to work most flexibly with the API of all social channels - offering features that other tools didn't at all. Furthermore, it was the nicest user experience, making it pleasant and easy to work in the tool all day, which most of our staff are doing.

Emplifi is excellent for managing customer relations/social media monitoring with its Community module. There's an easy way to talk internally with staff to find the best response to a question or solution to a supporter/customer problem. Emplifi also makes publishing easy and efficient. The user experience is excellent for anyone looking to add more convenience to their workflow. Emplifi isn't the best platform for influencer discovery and management, but I know they have just added some new features around that for users looking for that capability.

Using Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

30 - We have a variety of teams and lines of business as a part of our Emplifi team. First, we put in the core social media team, which consists of comment moderators and content creators. Then we added in various other important staff that run analytics to measure success on digital marketing campaigns. Next, we added in agents and staff from other offices who want to use Emplifi to successfully manage their content and audience engagement. Overall, the functions are media, public relations, photo/video, agents, community management, publishing/content creation.
3 - We have three key staff that serve as in-house admins on Emplifi. One staff person is dedicated to being the "super admin" of the tool and managing the settings, users, and communication with Emplifi customer service reps. That person needs attention to detail, skills adapting to technology easily, ability to map out the structure of things like labels and task automation, and time to manage user settings/page setup.

Emplifi is the most efficient tool for social media marketing - period! Our team did an extensive review of a dozen tools and found Emplifi to be the most efficient tool in our budget. Most importantly, the customer service is top-notch. I recommend Emplifi to everyone who is looking to upgrade from tools like Sprout or Hootsuite.
