Overall Satisfaction with Ensighten Manage
Manage is used across multiple business units within our company, and by many job functions. It allows us to reduce our time to deployment for web analytics tags while simultaneously maintaining a high level of oversight and governance. After we integrated Manage into our delivery process, the reduction of traditional IT involvement for our digital projects saved us time, money & frustration.
Pros
- Ensighten Manage allowed us to reduce time to deployment.
- Using their built-in app templates, we reduced human errors and were able to involve less-technical teams in the tag deployment process.
- Tag audits & ad-hoc code reviews/revisions are easy to accomplish. We have thousands of tags across our organization and are able to organize, search, and manage them all with relative ease.
Cons
- The user interface of Ensighten can be buggy at times and we've encountered some lags in performance when going through the deployment workflow. These have had no measurable impact on tag delivery, so they are more day to day frustrations than business critical issues.
- Ensighten Manage paid for itself within the first year of use due to reduced IT costs.
- We have been able to maintain better control over the type of tags deployed and those responsible for managing them than in the past using more traditional approaches.

We chose (and have stayed) with Ensighten over their competitors because they are tag agnostic and offer great support every step of the way. While other tag managers may have strengths over Ensighten in a particular feature or tag type, Manage is a great overall solution that is a pleasure to work with.

No - We have always been happy with the level of support Ensighten has provided as part of our standard license.
Yes - We have been using Manage for a few years now and have reported a number of bugs over this time period. The support and account management teams have always been very supportive and have kept us in the loop as the problems are investigated and addressed.
Our account manager organized a group troubleshooting call with multiple members of their support staff after we had continued issues with one aspect of the platform. They were all incredibly well-prepared and professional and took the time to ensure they absorbed all of the information we could provide before recommending an educated solution to the problem. Dedicated support at a level you dont see often.
