Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX

I use EvolutionX for product and sales management. I also use it to create and manage our company's web accounts. The business problems the product addresses are problems with purchasing online on websites used by companies in an industry-specific environment, as well as helping to provide ease of use for the website for users who are not tech or web-friendly. The scope of my case is providing an organized way to keep all our accounts logged, as well as sales, product data, and other e-commerce data.

EvolutionX has helped our organization to improve customer satisfaction. Ever since we purchased their services, our presence on the internet and online customer base has skyrocketed. Prior to using EvolutionX, our organization was struggling in this area. It was one of our goals to fix these areas, and overall, EvolutionX has done a terrific job of doing so.
EvolutionX has helped your company build a larger digital presence and/or improve your online reputation by providing advice, tips, tricks, etc., to help us stay in the market with our competitors. Especially in an industry that does not have a very big online shopping/online web user demographic and/or clientele.
They are affordable, and overall, just really covered all the criteria of what my organization was looking for at the time and even to this day. They are also super helpful with their monthly meeting times where they are interested and show support in helping us succeed and remain a competitor in our industry's market.

They are extremely helpful in doing a lot of work that could be done by someone in my role, but rather, they help and guide me when I do not understand something, or they will complete it for me on their end. This includes anything along the lines of answering my questions, coding work, website design, and any product issues we may deal with on our website.

Using EvolutionX

1 - Marketing & E-Commerce are the business functions that the people who use the platform, EvolutionX in my organization. We all really enjoy using it for web data, analytics, customer viewing, report viewing, and so much more that can be done all from the home screen dashboard. It is a great tool!
3 - The people we have are those who work in IT, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Purchasing, and Pricing.
