our company had to deploy the signature trough a script, with exclaimer we can deploy trough cloud and create different signatures with logo and customize all the fields. can be created also for different countries and different groups that you can create in active directory. it's quite easy to create and deploy on all email accounts

we have different subsidiaries all around the world and with exclaimer we had the opportunity to remove the script (that it was not doing a good job and you have to check it every day) and create for each country a signature and deploy to email accounts trough active directory distribution lists.
yes this cloud solution is very well done and secure. you can ask the support and they can provide to you all the security documentation needed. we have audits for ISO certificates every year and they liked too this solution. Exclaimer is doing a really good job and they are focused on security settings to keep our data secure
the script system is an old systema and is not working properly, you have sync issues and you have to check it daily. it's time consuming. with exclaimer you can forget about it because it's very well integrated with microsoft console and every change that you do it's pushed in few seconds
