Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
We use Expensify for numerous reasons:
- Reimbursement for office tools/accessories
- Reimbursement on travel expenses (meals, hotels, tickets, etc.)
- Reimbursement for meetings (prospects, partners, clients)
- Intuitive straight forward interface.
- Quick and easy to create expenses and send to appropriate managers.
- Navigating existing reports/adding to it can be a bit confusing at times.
- Search function could be a bit better.
- Happier employees (confident they will be refunded quickly).
- Efficient and effective pay back period—streamlined process.
I haven't had too much experience with FreshBooks, but they were one of the solutions we evaluated before implementing Expensify. We ultimately chose Expensify because of its quick setup and ease of use.
