Overall Satisfaction with Formstack
We use Formstack to collect payments and interest forms. We are selling and running multiple events at one time. Right now it is being used by part of the organization while the other part uses a different form website. Formstack makes gathering data continuously very easy. The integration with Google Docs is the best part because our organization uses google docs frequently.

- Makes creating and managing forms very user friendly
- Makes choosing between different options very easy, you do not need to be a computer whiz to manage forms
- Moving parts of the form around and changing the order
- Customer support is not great
- Does limit your options sometimes but that is partly what it is easy to use

- Sorting data
- Analyzing data can be done instantaneously through google doc spreadsheets
- Forms are easy for potential clients to use
I have began switching over to Form Assembly for our new sales cycle but have not started using it yet. I cannot give a good product evaluation or comparison because Formstack is the only product I have used.
