We use FullStory for software analytics and session recordings. We use it to find UX pain points, UX opportunities, and how our customers are using our product.
- Session recording - it's very easy to navigate through session recordings
- Funnel analytics
- There are A LOT of reporting features and it can feel daunting to learn them all, even for a seasoned user.
- We have become fully dependent on FullStory to complete our product discovery. Watching users actually use the product is now an integral part of understanding how we're doing at serving out customers.
