Pros
- Identifying which specific areas of our application need work using rage clicks or negative interactions
- Offering efficient search filters and features so we can easily pinpoint specific client sessions
- Easily integrated and works seamlessly with various applications
- Good UX/UE
Cons
- A feature that allows users to take a certain part of a session and share/save that as a separate recording.
- Navigation between sessions is cumbersome. Users have to navigate back to the main session list and and pick the next session. There is no "Next session" button/feature or we can't locate it.

We don't use anything else that is close to what Fullstory does. If anything Intercom would be the closest however we use them together to offer the best support possible.
