Overall Satisfaction with Fuze

Fuze is being used by the whole company. We tried to eliminate the use of hard phones and started asking users to use softphones.

The implementation of Fuze was seamless and easy. However, it was a bit challenging for training tenured employees since they got used to the old ways. Overall, this technology removes clutter on desks and is cheaper than maintaining hard phones.
8x8 Contact Center offers almost the same product and features.

Fuze is a great VOIP alternative. Its mobile application is also useful, especially when you are away from your machine. This helped us to not miss any important calls.
