Overall Satisfaction with G Suite

Google Suite is used for almost every project that requires collaboration amongst internal and external stakeholders. The main use case for G Suite products is for collaboration. Google Docs and Google Drive are the top products used within the organization.
  • Updates are constantly made, showing the team's commitment to the products' success
  • Collaboration, specifically with version control and commenting within teams, is extremely easy
  • Comments function makes collaboration even easier
  • Better import functions, so formatting doesn't break
  • G Suite is definitely one of the top transformative suites of products that has been developed in the last decade.
Quip is a strong contender to G Suite but to gain unlimited access to the software requires a subscription. Considering G Suite is free, this is a tough sell for small-mid size organizations/teams.
G Suite is well-suited for anyone needing quick, free collaborative tools and other digital solutions (e.g., email service, calendar, etc.). There are not very many groups out there that wouldn't benefit from using G Suite.
