Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud (formerly PureCloud)

The use of this platform is practical - it helps me with the organization of my day, as well as allows me to be aware when my clients call me, and that is of great help to give a timely follow-up and not lose my clients. And it is a great help for me to be in contact with my work team, making work effective and contacting clients and collaborators.

It is the first occasion that I [use] a platform of this type, and in general my way of working has changed, allowing [me] to give a warm service to clients. It is effective, and in general I do not have any point of comparison with any other platform, but for me it is the first that I try and I would stay with this platform so far.

It is appropriate in the control of calls and the time control in call, which allows to have an agenda order. Also by having access to the voice mailbox, [it] allows [me] to be attentive when clients call me, and to be able to follow up, There [is] a possibility of improvement in the speed of the application - on occasions tends to be slow.
