Overall Satisfaction with Gist
Gist serves the CRM needs of my organization. In particular, the following features get used most often:
- A combined view of chat on website and FB with a mobile app.
- The cold emailing abilities.
- The live view feature in the chat, wherein I can get a real-time feed of when and what the users are typing.
Pros

Cons
- Internal UI which has scope for improvement for first-time users.
- The product is still evolving and there is scope for adding more features.
- The number of cold emailing automated triggers are limited for some users and a higher number is often needed for follow-up.
- Immediate response to website and FB visitors has increased conversion rate.
- Automated contact info capture have helped decrease manual work.
- Automated followup triggers on email have helped improve sales efficiency.
I have not used these other more well known but pricier products so would not be able to give an informed opinion.
